The tasks of the Senior Specialist include particularly targeted RDI work, with themes such as the development of education systems, higher education, vocational education, and/or teacher education (entrepreneurship, digital learning solutions, teacher competence, cooperation between education and working life, etc.) in Europe and beyond. The role consists of elements such as project management, fundraising, research and development activities, and to some extent, also training. Some tasks may be part of HAMK’s education export projects. Publication and networking activities are part of the job description. The work may also include coordination of internal HAMK working groups, etc.A minimum of a higher university degree and experience in international project work, particularly related to the above themes, are required. Good collaboration skills, proficiency in English, willingness to travel, and good command of digital remote working tools are also required.Experience in leading international projects and experience in development and supervisory roles are considered an advantage. Furthermore, diverse knowledge of different educational levels, familiarity with the interfaces between business and education and working life, and teaching experience are considered an advantage.
