- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding orders, deliveries, technical issues, and general questions.
- Proactively manage follow-ups to ensure timely resolution of customer cases.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Service, Logistics, and Technical Support to resolve complex cases.
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or contact center environments
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of customer cases from start to resolution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English
- Preferably previous experience in the automotive, tech, or premium retail sectors. This ensures you can handle diverse inquiries with professionalism and confidence.
