The opportunityWe're currently looking for a Customer Engagement Advisor. Someone to join our Operations Team in order to help deliver seamless, premium customer experiences throughout the entire customer journey. Someone with a passion for electric mobility, an interest in technology, and a desire to create the change we know is needed.Our team focuses on delivering exceptional support to customers- from initial contact to post-delivery care — ensuring that every Polestar interaction reflects our brand values of innovation, sustainability, and performance.This position is located at Ruoholahti, Helsinki, Finland. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work, knowing that both in-person collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. What matters most is that people get the time, and support, to do what needs to be done. And to enjoy doing it, of course.The responsibilitiesIn this role, you'll be expected to take responsibility for the Polestar Customer Journey and to always make sure that customer enquiries are solved in the best possible way. Working as a member of Operations team, you'll be instrumental in a successful Polestar customer journey, one of the keys will be collaboration with both colleagues inside and outside of your team.   • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding orders, deliveries, technical issues, and general questions.
  • Proactively manage follow-ups to ensure timely resolution of customer cases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Service, Logistics, and Technical Support to resolve complex cases.

The ability to take the initiative, to meet deadlines and requirements, and to abandon ideas when they're not feasible.You should be proactive, eager to take initiative, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly. You must also thrive in customer-facing roles, showing empathy, patience, and strong communication skills — especially when handling complex or sensitive situations.You’re someone who finds energy in solving problems, and values working collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized even during busy periods will be key to your success .In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or contact center environments
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of customer cases from start to resolution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English
  • Preferably previous experience in the automotive, tech, or premium retail sectors. This ensures you can handle diverse inquiries with professionalism and confidence.
Finnish is the main language internally and in interaction with our customers, but as a global organisation English is the language of written and spoken communication in contact with other markets.
