- Prepare and review tenders and contracts, and support customer negotiations.
- Review and negotiate channel partner agreements (e.g., Distribution, OEM, System Integrator, Services).
- Draft and maintain template agreements and terms & conditions.
- Provide pre-litigation and claims support.
- Oversee litigation and represent the organization in matters before courts, government agencies, or other authorities to protect the organization’s legal and business interests.
- Advise management and business units on all legal matters, including the potential impact of current and future regulations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Finnish and EU legal requirements and Group policies.
- Support local real estate matters and employment law issues.
- Provide training to management and business teams on legal and compliance topics.
- Manage external legal service providers and prepare materials to ensure that the organization’s interests are well represented.
- Law degree and qualification to act as a lawyer in Finland
- Previous professional experience from a law firm or as an in-house lawyer – preferably in sectors such as Construction, Energy, or Renewables
- Knowledge on how an in-house legal department operates and can identify and analyze critical business issues, applying legal expertise to deliver practical solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
