- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers and Customer Success Engineers to drive exceptional customer experiences and outcomes.
- Set clear objectives, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure team members meet and exceed targets.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance customer success, satisfaction, and retention.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to align customer success efforts with business goals and objectives.
- Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and industry trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and customer engagement.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to understand their business objectives, challenges, and priorities.
- Proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion of our product offerings.
- Serve as an escalation point for resolving complex customer issues and ensuring timely resolution.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to empower CSMs and CSEs with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends to ensure our team remains at the forefront of customer success practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the technical industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead capacity.
- Proven track record of driving customer success, satisfaction, and retention in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
