Offer DescriptionThe University of Helsinki International trainee programme is open to all international students enrolled in a University of Helsinki master's programme. We are looking for a trainee for Admission and Student Advice to work on Una Europa projects.For this position we are looking for a trainee who feels comfortable working independently, is interested in developing and sharing ideas, wanting to develop concepts into plans and pilots, and with a curious mindset.Your tasks will include, but not be limited to:

Support the research, structuring, and writing of the toolkit for student engagement in international educational collaboration, due in November 2024,
Conceptualisation, development and piloting of the International Engagement Fair (aiming to create a fair to foster awareness, engagement, and interest in international communities for all students at the university), and
Supporting the daily work of student empowerment activities in

.We expect you to have fluency in spoken and written English. Other language skills are an asset. You have a proactive way of working and good communication and excellent teamwork skills.
