Are you an experienced technician who enjoys solving problems and wants to grow in a global environment?At CBRE, our Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) team delivers integrated facilities management services to leading organisations worldwide. We're now looking for a Multi-Skilled Technician to join our growing team in Mäntsälä for one of our large, global clients.About the roleAs a multi-skilled technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising building systems to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment for our client's site. This is a hands-on role, where your technical expertise directly impacts daily operations.What You'll Do
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections, identify potential issues, and troubleshoot faults
  • Support the installation, testing, and modification of building equipment and systems
  • Review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials, and ensure timely completion
  • Use internal systems to track tasks and maintain accurate service records
  • Monitor and support energy efficiency by ensuring systems operate at optimal performance
  • Inspect installations for compliance with safety standards and building regulations, reporting any issues
  • Follow established procedures while contributing to continuous improvement where possible
What You Bring
  • Technical or vocational background within engineering, maintenance, or similar
  • Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Practical, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow processes and work in a structured way
  • Good communication skills in both Finnish and English is a must
