- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the Finnish market
- Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads through discovery conversations
- Schedule and book meetings with potential clients for our Sales Manager
- Collaborate with the Growth team to refine messaging and outreach strategies
- Share feedback from prospects to help improve sales approaches and product positioning
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report activities
- Native Finnish and excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Curious and coachable — you're eager to learn, take feedback well, and want to grow in sales
- Resilient — you're not afraid of rejection and know how to bounce back with energy
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools (CRM, sales engagement platforms, etc.)
- Experience working in B2B SaaS companies
- Experience with CRMs (e.g. Hubspot)

- Pre-recorded interview (Testlify) – Selected candidates will be invited to complete a pre-recorded interview via Testlify (in video format)to answer questions and test language knowledge, allowing you to answer at a time that suits you best.
- Video interview – interview with HR and Hiring Manager (up to 60min).
- Video interview – Final interview with the Country Manager of the Finland branch (up to 60min).
