In this role, you will support the financial operations for our organizations in Greece, Norway and Germany, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with relevant accounting standards, and strong support for business decision‑making.What You’ll DoMaintain accurate, up‑to‑date financial records for entities in Greece, Norway and GermanyExecute monthly and year‑end closing activities, including balance sheet specifications and reconciliationsPrepare financial forecasts, budgets and monthly management reportsManage accounts payable and receivable processes, invoicing, and internal/external account reconciliationsDeliver timely and accurate Group reportingSupport internal and external audit processesIdentify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes and systemsAssist with ad‑hoc tasks assigned by managementWhat You BringStrong understanding of income statements, balance sheets and financial managementKnowledge of accounting principles, standards and tax regulationsHigh accuracy, attention to detail and strong analytical skillsAbility to interpret financial data and communicate insights clearlyStrong problem‑solving skills and the ability to resolve financial issues proactivelyAdvanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI toolsStrong command of English, written and verbalDegree in Finance, Accounting or a related fieldWhat we offer
