Description: Help Shape the Future of AI ContentWe’re looking for detail-oriented Finnish speakers to join an exciting AI data project as Freelance AI Content Evaluators. In this role, you’ll play a key part in improving how AI understands and evaluates content—impacting user experience on a global scale.If you enjoy analyzing content, spotting nuances, and working with structured guidelines, this is a great opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI development.Project OverviewYou will review and evaluate a variety of content types using clear guidelines and structured criteria. Your input will directly support the quality, safety, and relevance of AI-generated outputs.Full training and detailed instructions will be provided during onboarding.Project Details
  • Location: Remote (Finland-based)
  • Language: Finnish (Finland)
  • Engagement: Freelance (Independent Contractor)
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Duration: 2–3 weeks (with potential extension)
  • Schedule: Flexible, part-time
  • Compensation: Task-based (approx. $35 USD/hour)
What You’ll Do
  • Review and evaluate content based on defined guidelines
  • Annotate content using structured criteria
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across evaluations
  • Adapt to updated guidelines as the project evolves
  • Complete tasks within agreed timelines
  • Join onboarding and calibration sessions
What We’re Looking For
  • Native-level Finnish (C2 or equivalent) with strong grammar and local nuance
  • Experience in translation, localization QA, linguistics, or AI data annotation (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • High attention to detail and consistency
  • Comfortable working with evolving guidelines
  • English proficiency (for instructions and communication)
  • Familiarity with digital content (music, media, podcasts) is a plus
