- Support the further development of Kemin’s commercial activities in the Scandinavian region.
- Deliver consistent growth in sales and gross margin across assigned accounts.
- Build accurate forecast reports to support production and inventory planning.
- Lead business unit expansion and territory sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from identifying prospects to closing deals and post-sale relationship building.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for key customers.
- Conduct technical sales presentations and support product testing in manufacturing plants.
- Explore and implement new applications for existing products
- Introduce new products at a high technical level
- Maintain strong relationships at all levels within customer organizations.
- Attend industry tradeshows, conferences, and events to represent Kemin and stay ahead of market trends.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Biological Science, Animal Science, agriculture, veterinary or equivalent by one’s experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with commercial activities
- Knowledge of the animal feeding industry in Denmark
- Passionate for the agricultural industry
- Good communication and social skills
- A high degree of personal motivation, a desire to make an immediate contribution and a distinct sense of urgency;
- Fluency in English and one of the local languages
