In this role, you will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding our presence in Finland. With a broad portfolio of Finnish clients, including organizations such as Kesko, PwC, and R-kioski, we are well-established in the Finnish market.This position offers more than just a job; it presents a chance to shape your career. As the primary point of contact for our Finnish clients, you will also have the opportunity to influence the direction of our services in this market.Moreover, this role is a unique opportunity if you are seeking to make an impact and grow professionally!What you will do on a day-to-day basisAs a Customer Success Manager, you'll lead support and play a pivotal role in our Customer Success Management functionality within the Finnish market. This is a full-time position and you will report to the Head of Customer Success.What are the key responsibilities?Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business goals, needs, and expectations to be able to cultivate a strong customer relationships.Develop an in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services to effectively guide customers in using them to their full potential.Establish a schedule for regular check-in meetings with customers to review progress, address concerns, and gather feedback.Develop strategies and initiatives to maximize customer retention and reduce churn.Keep customers informed about product updates, new features, and industry best practices to help them stay competitive.Deliver training and educational sessions.Collaborate with our Account Managers to create warm leads for upsell.Provide technical support to our customers in Finland.We're Looking For You!We're seeking individuals with:A keen technical interest and a knack for tackling challenges head-on.Proven experience in customer interaction and project management, demonstrating your ability to deliver exceptional service.A genuine desire to cultivate enduring customer relationships and a drive to craft innovative solutions to their needs.Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written Finnish, Swedish and English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.Previous experience thriving in autonomous roles, taking charge of processes and delivering results is a plus.Location?
  • Hybrid remote work or physical presence at our preferred HQ location in Stockholm, Sweden, or remote work from Finland. While we prefer candidates to be located in either Stockholm or remote in Finland, we are open to considering other locations for the right candidate.
