- You are able to lead large sales opportunities and Capture Teams supported by Global team of professionals.
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining consistent and long-lasting relationships throughout the business and with our customers in Nordics.
- Implement the Global strategy in the Nordics and ensure business development and sales growth in the market.
- Ensure profitable growth in the country by maximizing geographic coverage, channel penetration, as well as key growth segments (Utilities, Industry, Datacenters, Transport and Renewables).
- Customer engagement in Nordics. Implement customer-focused collaboration, raise awareness and ensure appropriate action towards market opportunities in conjunction with the Global, Regional Marketing & Sales function and the Group Account Management organization.
- You are a driven and self-motivated person with excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders and create tight long-lasting relationships.
- You preferably hold a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or similar.
- Experience from key customer segments, e.g., Datacenters, Industry, Transport or Renewables is a plus.
- Ability to solve problems and think outside the box to achieve the best results.
- You are organized, systematic and able to work against deadlines and within different processes.
- Good communication skills in Finnish and English.
