- Drive Business Development: You will initiate and generate new business through the active sales of our Air and Sea freight product portfolio.
- Strategize for Growth: You will research and analyze the market to devise your own business development strategy, ensuring we deliver the very best market solutions for our clients.
- Cultivate Long-Term Partnerships: You will implement effective strategies for every customer to meet and surpass their expectations, fostering the growth of robust, long-term business partnerships.
- Proposals and Negotiations: You will participate in tender bids and lead price negotiations with customers, taking responsibility for preparing comprehensive proposals, quotations, and winning presentations.

- Sales Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in Air or Sea freight forwarding sales with a strong hunter skill set in finding and seeking new business opportunities. You understand how the market moves and how to navigate its complexities professionally.
- Communication Skills: You are a native level speaker of Finnishwith fluent English skills.
- A Natural Relationship Builder: You are someone who feels comfortable and sincere when discussing logistics solutions with decision makers, always aiming to provide excellent customer experience.
- Professional Mobility: You hold a valid driving license and have a true enjoyment for being out in the field, meeting people in person to understand their business firsthand.
