- Lead the localization and execution of the global brand and business strategy, ensuring full alignment across all marketing disciplines with a strategic emphasis on trade marketing, channel activation, and integrated communications.
- Own and safeguard the brand experience across all market touchpoints, overseeing the development, approval, and performance of marketing collateral, campaigns, and activities for retail partners while ensuring consistent and premium brand messaging.
- Serve as the senior marketing counterpart for the local sales organization, acting as the key strategic interface for major retail partners. Provide high-level guidance, presentations, and customized marketing solutions that drive joint business growth.
- Drive the implementation of the global POS excellence strategy and e-retail guidelines, collaborating with sales leadership to elevate brand presence and visibility across online and offline retail environments and maximize conversion.
- Develop comprehensive, data-driven media strategies, adapt global creative assets to market requirements, and oversee performance tracking, reporting, and optimization across all channels
- Build and nurture high-value relationships with media partners, industry organizations, and thought leaders within the safety, fashion, and lifestyle sectors to strengthen the brand's external positioning and influence
- Lead the planning, orchestration, and execution of the brand strategy across trade fairs, consumer shows, PR events, and retailer activations, ensuring impactful brand experiences that support business objectives
- Champion initiatives that elevate brand personality, voice, and storytelling, enhancing the brand's presence and reputation across all industry-relevant channels and communities
- Oversee PR and influencer activation workflows, ensuring strategic alignment and efficient execution while supporting the marketing manager on key strategic and administrative priorities.
- Provide direction for digital content creation, including social media assets and online banners, ideally leveraging hands-on experience with InDesign, Photoshop, or related creative tools to maintain high design standards
- University studies of Business Administration, preferably MBA
- Related work experience, preferably in the area of Consumer Goods, Fashion and luxury or toys or other children related products
- Extensive marketing know-how, with a strong focus on Trade marketing
- Knowledge of marketing operating standards and processes
- Understanding of Sales and retail environment
- Fluent in Swedish, Finnish, and English, both written and spoken.
