We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.Main tasks an...Työn kuvaus:Enersense Engineering is currently seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer (MV/HV) to support our client's Data Centre project located in Espoo, Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.Main tasks and responsibilities:

Work closely with the Site Management team from the early project stages, following the Electrical
Safe Systems of Work under the direction of the Lead Appointed Person
Ensure all site personnel understand and follow electrical safety procedures
Issue and control permits for all energised electrical work
Review project drawings and specifications to understand electrical requirementsFollow strict
operational procedures and High Voltage safety rules
Understand basic electrical protection during fault conditions
Complete safety documentation and manage Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures
Review switchgear distribution systems and controls before start-up
Support testing and commissioning contractors, helping to agree commissioning sequences and test plans
Coordinate with control system providers (SCADA/BMS/EMS) during system handover under permit procedures

Requirements:

Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or electrical trade background with suitable training and experience
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar electrical contracting role (commercial, industrial, pharma, or data centre projects)
Experience working with MV/HV systems
Authorised Person or Appointed Person experience preferred
Preferably S1 certification (all voltage levels) or S2 (up to 1000V)
At least 3 years experience in electrical testing and verification
HV switching certification required
Strong focus on EHS, quality standards, and structured work processes
