Senior Authorised Person - Data Centre – Finland (Espoo / Helsinki)€90,000 - €95,000 + Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + €1,300 Net Living AllowanceWe’re working with Winthrop Technologies, a leading European data centre delivery partner, to hire an Authorised Person (Electrical) for a major project in Espoo (Helsinki region).This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader delivering large-scale, mission-critical data centre projects across Europe, with strong career progression and long-term project pipeline.You’ll support the Lead Appointed Person and Site Management team in implementing Electrical Safe Systems of Work, ensuring all HV/MV/LV activities are carried out safely, compliantly, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Implement and manage Electrical Safe Systems of Work (ESSW)
Issue and control permits for energised works
Ensure full compliance with HV safety rules and procedures
Review drawings and project specifications
Carry out LOTO (Lock Out / Tag Out) procedures
Review switchgear topology and distribution systems
Support testing & commissioning activities and sequencing
Liaise with SCADA / BMS / EMS system providers
Maintain high standards across EHS and quality systems

About You

Electrical trade or relevant engineering qualification
5+ years’ experience in electrical contracting (data centres, pharma, industrial, commercial)
Strong experience on MV/HV systems
Previous Authorised Person / Appointed Person experience
HV switching tickets essential
Experience in testing & verification
Strong understanding of electrical safety and fault protection
Process-driven with strong EHS focus
