- Planning & Scheduling: Develop and monitor site schedules with the Site Works Coordinator, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
- Budget & Resources: Validate project goals and budgets, organize site operations efficiently, and manage risks and cost deviations.
- Pre-Construction: Coordinate preparations with internal teams, define assembly methods, and set up site infrastructure.
- Site Operations: Lead daily activities in compliance with contracts, quality standards, and Finish regulations. Support technical coordination as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Implement site-specific quality plans, oversee product integration, and ensure proper testing and documentation.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records and ensure timely delivery of “As Built” documentation.
- Project Closure: Manage end-of-project reviews and finalize documentation with the Project Manager.
- Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Enforce Finish HSE standards, conduct inspections, manage incidents, and monitor safety KPIs.
- Suitable education background such as degree in electronics, electrical, mechanical, or a related field, or equivalent experience gained through working
- Previous experience in site or project management within construction or industrial environments
- Great understanding of Finish building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external teams and communicate effectively
- Fluent in English and Finish
