- You'll be researching your prospects to match their needs with our offerings.
- You'll be qualifying them while knowing which ones aren't the right fit.
- You'll be connecting with prospects and providing a stellar first impression of LeadDesk and our product.
- You'll be working closely with the Account Managers and Country Manager to ensure smooth sales processes and enhance interactions in our team.
- You have a certain number of qualified sales opportunities created each month. As a result, our Account Managers can approach qualified leads.
- You've learnt the ins and outs of LeadDesk's product and buyer persona. This is reflected in your effective pitches to the right clients to connect their needs to our business-critical solution.
- You've earned your stripes to be promoted to Account Manager. You get to have, e.g., your own client meetings and close deals.
- Full professional working proficiency in both Finnish (this is the language for customer communications) and English (this is our internal language).
- Residency in the Helsinki metropolitan area.
- Proof of residence and right to work in Finland (if applicable).
- Ambition and coachability to develop into a high-performing SDR.
- Drive to learn our business and technology and passion for researching info about your prospects.
- Resilience and high resistance to rejection. You know how to be persistent and remain positive.
- Structured and target-driven way of working. Expect to work a lot independently and monitor your daily progress.
- Top-notch communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to make a positive first impression and swiftly win your prospects' trust.
- Knowledge of tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Microsoft 365.
- Understanding of B2C and B2B sales processes.
- Technical knowledge (e.g., SQL, database management, etc.).
- Prospecting skills.
- A recent Bachelor's degree.
- Start date: May 2024 (the sooner the better!).
- Hybrid work model. Mondays and Fridays are office days, the rest of the week can be remote.
