Are you ready to jump onboard?We are always on the lookout for a talent with a growth mindset - are you the one?We are looking for an Export Coordinator with a main responsibility in Export, Transportations and documentations. The preferred location for this position is Vaasa, Finland. We offer a possibility to hybrid remote work occasionally (to be agreed separately).Your role and responsibilities:As an Export Coordinator your work will include [transport planning, export documentation, customs formalities and also third party and inbound transport planning and organising The tasks can also be adjusted based on your individual skills and interests. You'll be working as a part of energetic and skilled Transport Team with diverse expertise.

Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Ensures compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics and transportation
Handle order creation, invoicing and invoice approving
Create shipping documents, such as proforma invoices and Certificates of Origin (CoO)

Requirements for the position:

Good understanding of custom regulations and incoterms
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP EWM
Ability to work under fast paced environment with tight time schedules
Possesses practical knowledge of logistics operations and processes
Knowledge of project deliveries and logistics
Good understanding of SAP SD, MM and PS modules
Customer oriented attitude
Excellent communication skills, fluency in written and spoken English
Ability to development current processes

Qualifications/to be able to succeed in the position we expect you to have:

BSc/BBA. or MSc. in Business, Logistics or similar
Several years of proven experience in the field of logistics or similar
