Buffet service, live cooking stations, à la carte evenings — the pace can be dynamic, but the structure is clear.You are responsible for preparing dishes according to standards, managing your section and maintaining hygiene and food safety. Teamwork matters here. Service runs smoothly when everyone knows their role.It’s real kitchen work. It requires focus and stamina.But it also means spending your season in Greece — warm evenings after service, international colleagues, and a different rhythm than at home.
