We are now looking for aWarehouse Workerto join us in a permanent role at our Vantaa location, strengthening our growing service and spare parts operations.As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for the daily operational warehouse activities and overall warehouse maintenance. Your role ensures that spare parts and products are correctly received, well organized, easily accessible and accurately maintained in our systems. The position supports smooth workshop and customer operations as well as warehouse efficiency.The role is hands-on and independent, and you play a key part in supporting service and spare parts operations. You will work as part of a three-person warehouse and spare parts team in Vantaa. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30-16:00.Key ResponsibilitiesReceiving and Storage
  • Receiving, inspecting and registering inbound deliveries in the system (Autofutur)
  • Shelving products and maintaining correct storage locations
  • Reporting discrepancies and shortages
Picking and Dispatch
  • Picking orders for customers
  • Packing and arranging shipments with logistics partners
  • Ensuring daily delivery accuracy and reliability
  • Delivering shipments to customers using the warehouse service vehicle
Warehouse Maintenance
  • Maintaining orderliness and cleanliness of the warehouse
  • Developing item placement and storage locations
  • Participating in inventory counts
Collaboration
  • Daily cooperation with the workshop, procurement and spare parts sales teams
You are independently responsible for warehouse operations, but you will not work alone - support from the service organization and wider team is an essential part of daily operations.What do we expect from you?
  • Experience in warehouse or logistics duties
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
  • Basic IT and system skills
  • Forklift driving skills (considered an advantage)
  • Careful and responsible working approach
  • Proactive and practical attitude
  • Willingness to develop warehouse operations
  • Language skills: You are fluent in either Finnish or English. If you are fluent in english, having at least a working knowledge of Finnish is still considered an advantage.
  • Availability to work primarily daytime shifts on weekdays
