This role ensures regulatory compliance, drives continuous improvement, resolves quality issues efficiently, and strengthens customer value through data-driven quality performance management across manufacturing, supply chain, and service operations.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the regional Consumables Quality organization across manufacturing, supply chain, and service operations.
- Ensure products, processes, and services meet company quality standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
- Deploy and implement quality strategy, standards, methods, and QA/QC technologies in line with CNS Quality direction.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage quality deviations, non-conformities, and risk mitigation activities.
- Lead customer complaint management, including root cause analysis and effective CAPA implementation.
- Establish and maintain robust quality reporting, analytics, and governance using quality systems and tools (e.g. SAP Q-Module).
- Collaborate cross-functionally and across regions to share best practices, standardize ways of working, and build quality capability.
- Act as a key stakeholder in regional and global audits, projects, and quality-related initiatives.
- Proven leadership experience in Quality within manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory frameworks, CAPA, and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Experience deploying quality strategies and leading continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
- Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and cultures in a regional or global matrix organization.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% within the region.
