
IT Project Manager

- Monitor and track project progress against actual deliverables and expected quality, ensuring alignment among stakeholders regarding project status and updates.
- Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, while managing relationships with third-party vendors and contractors.
- Prepare comprehensive presentations and documentation required for the approval process.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and local regulations, such as information security standards and GDPR requirements.
- Integrate information and cyber security policies into all project workflows and deliverables to maintain robust security measures as well as conduct detailed risk management activities, ensuring transparency and presenting mitigated action plans to the steering committee.
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in IT project management.
- A strong technical understanding of software development and agile methodologies, along with knowledge of IT architecture, cybersecurity, and information security.
- Fluent communication skills in both English and Finnish.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively at all levels within an organization. Strong facilitation and organizational abilities are also essential.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and MS Project. Certifications in Project Management, Quality Assurance, DevOps, Scrum, or related fields are highly desirable.
