Front Desk is the face of our organization. We always meet the clients with big heart and professionalism. We enjoy working with clients with a true passion to create an unforgettable experience in Lapland. Front Desk is the heart of our operation. We work closely together with other departments merging the full service together for our guests. Daily co-operation with our guides, equipment team, operations and sales is a big part of our job. Front Desk is the professional of walk in and FIT sales. We take care of the sales and customer service for clients walking in to our office in Rovaniemi city center. Sales done through phone calls, emails and online channels are also part of our expertise. Front Desk works as a reception for Ounasvaaran Lakituvat Chalets.
