- Provide hands-on technical support for our elevator and escalator systems, both on-site and remotely.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues on short notice, including traveling to ships in Europe or the USA when urgent support is needed.
- Support the warranty department by responding to customer inquiries via email and web portals when not traveling.
- Act as a technical liaison between our organization and Service (SEB), particularly when new technologies are introduced to projects.
- Assist in knowledge transfer and technical onboarding for service personnel during the project lifecycle.
- Learn and support third-party equipment, not just our own, with the ability to resolve technical issues independently.
- Maintain clear and professional reporting to customers and internal systems/tools.
- EU citizenship (mandatory)
- Full Electrical qualification
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar technical role, preferably in elevators, escalators, or related industries.
- Strong internal network within the organization (e.g., connections with KTI, Software Development, Field Support, etc.) is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel on short notice.
- Proven ability to work independently under pressure, especially during urgent service visits onboard vessels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in warranty operations, marine systems, or technical service roles.
- Strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, from customers to field technicians.
- Familiarity with safety standards, project timelines, and regulatory compliance.
