What You'll Be Doing:

Designing, customizing, and enhancing CRM platforms to meet evolving business needs
Developing and maintaining integrations with other business systems and tools
Automating workflows and processes to improve efficiency and user experience
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and IT
Troubleshooting issues and continuously optimizing CRM performance
Staying up to date with CRM trends and best practices to drive innovation

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a CRM Developer or similar role
Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)
Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, or similar programming languages
Deep understanding of CRM customization, workflows, and automation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Fluency in Finnish (written & spoken) is essential
English proficiency is a plus
