Ekahau helps businesses build and maintain high-performing wireless networks. Our award-winning Wi-Fi design, site survey, and troubleshooting solutions create fast, reliable Wi-Fi networks that businesses can trust for their mission-critical wireless needs. We ensure networks are optimized using the right number of access points, positioned in the right locations, and with the right configurations to deliver awesome Wi-Fi every day. Businesses of every size, including the world's biggest brands and events, trust Ekahau to get the best performance from their wireless networks. This person will develop cross-platform applications using a combination of web technologies and native code. The software development team is responsible for building technology enablers and new application features usable in Apps released on iOS and Android, and later on Windows and MacOS too.Together with the team, you take part in setting the direction for our future software stack and architecture. You would be innovating and validating options that will be pushing the limits of what we currently think would be possible.In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing working, clean, high-performing, and reusable application code targeting web and mobile. Another aspect of your work is researching, evaluating, and prototyping technological options that meet business requirements. You are also creating reference implementations and coding conventions for guiding our software development teams. Your current technology stack can include any modern web framework, such as Vue.js or React. You could be a polyglot programmer interested in languages such as Typescript, Kotlin, Rust, Scala, or even C++, and you would be leveraging native platform capabilities such as ARKit side by side with web technologies such as WebGL.We are committed to providing you a flexible work environment where individuality, fun, and talent are all valued equally.
