
Enterprise Sales Manager, Wolt for Work

- Identify, prospect, and close new customers across Finland
- Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities through structured outreach and consultative selling.
- Actively participate in different kinds of outreach campaigns to both existing and new clients.
- Collaborate with Wolt for Work account managers, product, and marketing teams to help improve our solutions for enterprise clients.
- Negotiate and close contracts with decision makers, ensuring smooth handover to the account management team.
- Track performance and pipeline progress in our CRM (Pipedrive) and report learnings to leadership.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in enterprise or mid-market segments.
- Experience with consultative sales and long-cycle deal management.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with HR and C-level decision makers but also happy to deal with office managers and assistants.
- Comfortable using CRM tools (we use Pipedrive) and sales productivity platforms.
- Sales minded, ambitious with a hands-on customer focused mindset
- Tenacity and creativity to approach and solve clients' problems.
- Have a self-starter proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to hands-on activities in a flat organisation.
- Professional level fluency in English and Finnish.
