- Own and lead the ongoing development of the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, performance, development and employee support)
- Ensure smooth execution of core HR processes and compliance and translate legal requirements into practical and clear internal practices
- Own HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, reporting capability, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers in everyday HR matters
- Execute core HR processes hands-on together with the People Team.
- Support leaders in developing high-performing, engaged teams
- Plan and drive initiatives around learning, development, and career growth
- Coach managers on people leadership, feedback, and team development
- Own and continuously improve performance management frameworks and cycles
- Support goal-setting, review processes, and development discussions
- Ensure performance expectations are clear, fair, and consistently applied
- Develop and improve scalable HR processes, policies, and tools
- Support organizational change and transformation initiatives
- Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions
- Work closely with managers on hiring needs, team structure, and employee relations
- Handle HR topics with a pragmatic and people-first mindset
- Proven experience in a broad HR role (HR Generalist / HR Manager / People Partner)
- Strong understanding of people development and performance management practices
- Experience building and improving HR processes in a scaling organization
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to operate independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work with both employees and senior leadership in a trusted manner
