We are looking for motivated Order Fulfilment Coordinator for our site in Kilpilahti, Porvoo.As Order Fulfilment Coordinator you will ensure the fulfilment of our promise to our customers on time and in full. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of all internal and external orders for a designated product portfolio. You will act as the operational point of contact towards the Logistics Service Providers (transport carriers & external warehouses) and make all relevant order fulfilment info available to serve our customers.As our new Order Fulfilment Coordinator, these will be your main tasks:
  • Handling and monitoring deliveries from our production plants to our customers
  • Managing the batch allocation process following the defined & set quality guidelines and agreed time before loading date, considering priority management for physical loadings and keeping relevant stakeholders informed.
  • Being responsible for transport booking execution and trouble shooting in case of transport capacity imbalances / conflicts or Logistics Services Providers operational issues.
  • Being responsible for single shipment spot sourcing including price agreement within frame.
  • Pro-actively monitoring of loading slot booking and actual loading final delivery to customer.
About youWe're looking for a team player who brings:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business
  • Around 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain
  • Basic knowledge of processes such as transportation, supply planning, and order execution
  • Strong MS Office skills; SAP experience is an advantage
  • Excellent negotiation and teamwork skills
  • Fluent in Finnish and English
  • Ability to prioritize and manage own work; eager to improve processes
  • Hands-on, proactive attitude
  • Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental awareness

The position will be located in Kilpilahti industrial area in Porvoo, around 30 minutes away from Helsinki city by car. Borouge International also offers bus transportation for our employees from Helsinki and Porvoo and the surrounding areas.
