Main responsibilities include:Managing daily operations of the hotel (front desk, housekeeping, guest services)Supervising and coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and service staffStaff recruitment, training, and schedulingHandling guest relations, resolving complaints, and ensuring excellent customer serviceOverseeing inventory, supply orders, and budget controlEnsuring compliance with fire safety, hygiene, and ventilation standardsLiaising with travel agencies and group booking partnersReporting directly to the company ownerWorking TimeFull-time, 37.5 hours/week. Includes flexible shifts, evenings, and weekends when needed.Employment TypePermanent contract (toistaiseksi voimassa oleva).
