- Solid experience and skills working in an á la carte restaurant
- Fluent English language skills - it's the primary working language
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain high standards
- A solution-oriented and practical mindset
- Flexibility to take on various kitchen responsibilities, including occasional early morning shifts
