You also have good analytical mind and advanced problem-solving skills coupled with a commitment to drive the best quality. You should be comfortable managing multiple projects at once.As a Test Automation Lead and Architect, your responsibilities include:
Product test requirement management i.e. ensuring that team is testing correctly to ensure high quality outputs
Creating a Wirepas Mesh test plan, driving test schedule and keeping all the stakeholders informed.
Leading and directing collaborative efforts of release testing i.e. conducting and influencing actively development, management, testing along with operations on release and development processes.
Managing risks that may affect release testing and/or schedule.
Creating a long-term vision of how we develop our test assetsFor this role we are hoping for you to master:
Established background in testing software products together with software engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in documentation, iterative development, and understanding of Agile principles
Technical understanding of the modern test automation platforms and tools
Creative thinker with a vision, while maintaining attention to detail
Good spoken and written English as English is our company language
Minimum of 4 years of test automation development
