Study design briefs, determine requirements and schedule projects;
Work with marketing strategists and creatives to produce appealing and effective designs in Asian countries;
Develop illustrations, print materials, web assets, advertisements and other designs using Adobe software;
Present ideas, mock-ups and final designs to marketing management;
Ensure final graphics and layouts are on-brand and work across multiple media;
Coordinate with external agencies, art services, printers, etc. to complete Asian design projects;
Support the marketing department in applying and enhancing the brand's visual identity in Eastern/Asian style.Requirements:
One year's proven work experience as a graphic designer, product designer or similar position;
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop);
3D Design experience is a must;
Excellent communication skills;
Creativity and attention to detail;
Humility and ability to question oneself;
Excellent command of English;
Good knowledge of Chinese or Japanese is a must;
Proven design experience in the Asian market is a must;
Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere a plus;
UX/Web design experience a plus;
Brand design experience a plus.Benefits:
