- Analysoit tarjouspyynnöt (RFQ), tulkitset asiakasvaatimukset ja laadit teknis-kaupallisia tarjouksia vakioiduilla työkaluilla.
- Varmistat, että tarjoukset vastaavat Schneider Electricin tarjontaa ja asiakkaiden odotuksia, sekä huolehdit toimitettavien dokumenttien laadusta.
- Toimit Services Customer Project Process -mallin mukaisesti, mukaan lukien riskianalyysit, tarkastukset ja eskalointikäytännöt.
- Teet tiivistä yhteistyötä Tender Managerin, Opportunity Leaderin ja sisäisten asiantuntijoiden kanssa varmistaen sujuvan tiedonvaihdon, selkeän viestinnän ja yhteistyön koko tarjousprosessin ajan.
- Taustaa sähköalalta, kuten suunnittelusta, jakelusta, automaatiosta tai teknisestä kaupankäynnistä – koulutuksen ja työkokemuksen yhdistelmästä (ml. teknikon tutkinto) muodostuu vahva perusta tehtävään.
- Tarjousosaaminen on toivottavaa, mutta myös kaupallinen tai projektitoimituksiin liittyvä tausta sopii tähän tehtävään erinomaisesti.
- Sujuva suomen ja englannin kielen taito.
- Asiakaskeskeinen ja yhteistyöhön suuntautunut työote sekä hyvät viestintätaidot.
