As a receptionist, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, and your main responsibility is to ensure a warm and seamless experience from start to finish.Your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests and handling check-in and check-out
- Managing reservations and guest information
- Providing guests with information and guidance about hotel services and local activities
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Handling payments and transactions
- Collaborating with other staff to meet guest needsWe expect from you:
- Experience in reception work or customer service (experience in the hotel industry is an advantage)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive and solution-oriented attitude
- Accuracy and organizational skills
- Good command of English; other languages are considered an asset
