Are you eager to apply your digital skills for a top HR and payroll company with great colleagues? There is a spot available in our field marketing team for a talented digital campaign manager in Finland. This job is a replacement for parental leave.We are looking for a field marketeer replacement to help us grow the Finnish SME marketIn this role you will contribute to the growth of our SME customer base by launching powerful campaigns that arouse the interest of prospects and customers.This is your job description:

Your most important mission? That is to deliver quality leads to your sales colleagues.
You convert the growth plans of the local sales management into a well thought-out communication plan and high-performance campaigns and actions.
You are an all-round digital marketeer. You know all about paid advertising, you create activating content, you handle our e-mail marketing, and you manage our local website and landing pages.
You continuously optimize the online infrastructure and campaigns.
Occasionally, you also roll up your sleeves to organize a digital or physical event, or to develop some sales collateral.
You reach out to and work with third parties that can be an important lever for our demand and lead generation.
You report to the local marketing lead in Finland. In the day-to-day work you will cooperate with your Finnish field marketing colleagues, with the local sales team, and with the corporate marketing team. You will be trained, supported and guided by a great team of experts in marketing automation, BI, PR, branding, growth marketing, etc.

Who you are and what you can do:Driving online traffic and conversion with inspiring content is your core competence and strength. All these are relevant characteristics and competencies:

You have a few years of experience in at least one of these areas:

Facebook/LinkedIn/YouTube advertising and SEA;
Organic social media
Website UX/UI and SEO
E-mail marketing, marketing automation and nurture flows
Digital content creation and marketing
You have successfully translated commercial objectives into marketing and communication plans;
You are eager to learn and you have affinity with HR and payroll: you want to know our brand story, our market and our offer in depth;
You are very result-driven and analytically strong;
You are an entrepreneur who loves action;
You are able to put yourself in the customer's shoes;
You have an eye for design and a fluent pen;
You are Finnish, but your English is excellent.
