- Drive revenue growth across Finland by acting as a trusted advisor to major enterprise accounts.
- Negotiate and close complex enterprise contracts that span multiple divisions and workflows.
- Cultivate a robust sales pipeline by deeply understanding customer objectives, challenges and initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand our footprint within existing and new accounts.
- Maintain a precise pulse on the sales pipeline through diligent forecasting and proactive opportunity management.
- Experience in business-to-business (B2B) SaaS sales, on the construction business.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or a related construction-specific field.
- Strong understanding of Structural Engineering workflows and value creation processes.
- Professional fluency in both Finnish and English languages (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in the Swedish language.
- Specific knowledge of General or Trade contractor processes.
- Experience or knowledge of Tekla software products.
- Location: Espoo, Finland (You will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for time in the office (typically 1-3 days per week, or 20%-60% of the month), based on business needs.)
- Travel Requirement: 25%
