As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field across Finland and ensuring an outstanding customer experience with existing and potential customers. You will act as a senior, consultative sales leader for our AI, datacenter and infrastructure portfolio, shaping customers’ strategy and driving significant growth across your territory.You will:Develop an in-depth understanding of Finnish customers’ business, AI ambitions and solution requirementsDrive AI, datacenter and infrastructure growth across the Dell Technologies portfolio, including servers, storage, networking, software, security and services, with a particular emphasis on AI platforms, AI-enabled solutions and modern datacenter architecturesRun your Finnish territory and/or named accounts end to end, including account planning, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and engaging cross-functional resources (pre-sales, services, alliances, partners) to ensure alignment across the organizationRegularly engage with senior decision-makers and C-level stakeholders at client facilities in Finland, providing thought leadership on AI, data strategy and infrastructure modernizationProvide sales leadership and coaching on large, sophisticated AI and datacenter opportunities, orchestrating virtual and local teams to win complex dealsTake the first step towards your dream career

Here’s what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements8 to 12 years of experience selling technology solutions, including a strong track record in infrastructure, datacenter and/or AI-related solutions, preferably in the Finnish marketProven success in new business development and expansion within existing accounts, with significant deal sizes and complex sales cyclesExtraordinary customer management and strategic, consultative selling skills, with the ability to shape customers’ AI and infrastructure roadmapsAptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions—especially AI platforms, data platforms and modern datacenter solutions—tackle business problems and create measurable valueStrong communication, collaboration and executive presentation skills, and the ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior and C-level managementFluency in Finnish and English, both written and spokenDemonstrated ability to lead virtual teams and influence without direct authority in complex, matrixed environmentsDesirable Requirements
