This is a high-impact position for someone who doesn't just report the numbers — but influences them.What You'll DoDrive Financial Performance: You'll own management accounting and reporting end-to-end, keeping a close eye on financial performance and ensuring our strategy translates into measurable results. From delivering accurate actuals to leading a robust forecasting and budgeting cycle, your work will sit at the heart of the business.Be a True Business Partner Working hand-in-hand with leaders across the organisation, you'll prepare financial plans and estimates that support smart decision-making. You'll assess performance against our strategic goals and turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations — helping us seize opportunities and navigate challenges with confidence.Build Capability: Beyond your own desk, you'll actively coach and upskill non-finance colleagues, empowering them to understand and own their numbers. You'll also develop and enhance our reporting systems to make sure the right information reaches the right people at the right time.What We're Looking For

Strong background in management accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and business partnering
Fluency in SaaS unit economics (ARR bridges, NRR, CAC payback, gross margin by product/channel, partner rebates impact)
Proven ability to translate financial data into strategic insights and recommendations
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — you're as comfortable in the boardroom as you are in the spreadsheet
Experience with financial reporting systems and a continuous improvement mindset
AI literacy — comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance analysis, automate reporting, and drive smarter, faster decision-making
A collaborative team player who can also work independently and manage competing priorities
Strong proficiency in AI technologies and tools.
Proven experience in applying AI solutions to solve real-world business or technical challenges.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven initiatives.
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and continuous learning mindset to keep up with evolving AI technologies.
