About the roleAs a Project Coordinator at Finnpilot Pilotage Oy, you will play a key role in coordinating Finnpilots contribution to an international development project focused on advancing operational models for remote pilotage.Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that project activities, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration remain on track. You will work closely with the project manager, development pilots, and international project partners while supporting one of Finnpilots key project workstreams.The project involves regular collaboration with maritime stakeholders across Europe and beyond. A significant part of the role includes facilitating workshops, documenting discussions, and supporting the production of project outputs that contribute to internationally accepted remote pilotage practices.You are offered

– A proactive and structured working style: ability to manage multiple parallel tasksIt is meritorious if you have
– Experience in externally funded development projects
– Experience with requirement specification (software, systems, or business processes)
– Good knowledge of the maritime industry and navigational standards
