- Expertly manage complex calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments for the CEO and Board.
- Coordinate all travel arrangements for the CEO, Board and leadership team members including flights, hotels, and transfers.
- Prepare and submit travel expense reports promptly on behalf of the CEO.
- Organize and oversee Leadership Team and Board off-sites and events
- Support the Leadership Team in internal communications and strategic initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support and handle ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Participate in PCS team responsibilities and provide backup for the Office/Travel Manager.
- Relevant degree or professional background.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar executive support role, ideally within a growth or international company.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Finnish; additional languages (Swedish, German, or French) are a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Slack and SharePoint.
