- Prioritizing and conducting daily payroll processes including commissions and BSC
- Developing and automatizing payroll and employee life-cycle processes across different countries to be more efficient and smoother
- Managing HR projects in areas such as rewarding, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, culture and values, HR analytics etc.
- Managing employee insurance and benefit matters
- Acting as an admin in our HRIS Sympa and other HR systems
- You've become an integral part of our People team and built strong cross-functional relationships
- Our HR operations are one step further in automatization and scalability
- Payroll runs like clockwork-accurately and efficiently-thanks to great collaboration between teams and partners
- Salary, bonus, and commission processes are more automatized, streamlined, and consistent

Must-haves
- Relevant higher education (e.g., Bachelor's or Master's degree) in HR, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on payroll management: from processing to approval, including collaboration with external partners and experience in payroll variables such as BSC and commissions
- Experience in managing HR and payroll development projects
- Solid HR reporting skills
- Willingness and readiness to take ownership of other HR responsibilities
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Experience working with international companies in HR and payroll
- Experience with Sympa HR, Mepco Matka and NetSuite
- In addition to English, proficiency in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, German, or Spanish is regarded as an asset.
