**GUEST RELATIONS SUPERVISOR**Apukka Resort Oy is looking for a **Guest Relations Supervisor** for the 2026-2027 season.In the Guest Relations team, your role is to ensure that our guests experience at Apukka Resort is smooth, memorable, and aligned with our quality promise. Your work focuses especially on monitoring and developing the guest experience in activities: you follow how activities are carried out in practice, collect and analyze customer feedback, and identify opportunities to further improve our services. You also play an important role in ensuring that our activity experiences meet Apukkas quality standards.You evaluate the guest journey throughout the resort and observe how we can make the visit even smoother and more memorable. You work closely with the Adventure Desk, operational teams, and subcontractors, ensuring that every interaction supports Apukkas welcoming atmosphere and high service level.
