Business Consultant

• Deliver Iptor DC1 ERP finance module implementation and upgrade projects
• Participation in implementation processes (pre-sales, business reviews, requirements analysis, training, acceptance testing, roll-out and 3rd level support) under the supervision of a project manager or under your own management for small projects
• Analysis and understanding of financial business requirements
• Ensuring that customer engagement and care is sensitively and professionally handled, so you become a trusted advisor
• Document functional design reports
• Contributing to process enhancements and knowledge transfer within the existing team
• Ongoing cooperation with internal specialist departments such as the product development team and support
• Readiness to travel to customer premises for the project execution

• 6+ years of experience on ERP implementation projects
• Degree in finance education or equivalent professional training
• Good business knowledge of finance application areas (G/L, A/R, A/P, cost accounting, asset management, reporting…)
• Experienced in ERP implementations and upgrade projects. Ability to analyze complex situations and quickly develop appropriate solutions
• Communication, commercial negotiations, and team skills with all levels of personnel, customers, and vendors.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with detail and sensitivity to confidential matters, in other words effective time management and organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communications skills in Italian / Swedish / French and English.

• Experience on Iptor DC1 ERP is preferred

• As and when required and depending on the project needs, be willing to travel to customer locations globally for the project execution
• This role is eligible to work remotely full-time with occasional trips into the office location required (this could be on 24-hour notice)
