Work tasks
In this role, you’ll contribute to your team’s daily operations while expanding your knowledge of receivables and payment-related accounting workflows.Manage customer receivables and outgoing payments
Support daily operations by resolving customer payment inquiries and assisting with payment status questions
Reconcile Accounts Receivable and Payments interfaces, ensuring accurate internal balances and timely processing
Handle customer overpayments, refunds, and perform month-end closing tasks in line with global schedules
Execute internal controls such as the 4-eye principle and approval workflows for both receivables and payments
Prepare reports, audit materials, and contribute to process improvements through automation and digitalization initiatives
Support both local and international projects
We are looking for
Relevant education or/and experience in accounting
Experience in accounts receivable and payment handling
Strong skills in resolving discrepancies and communicating with customers and stakeholders
Fluent in spoken and written English
It is meritorious if you haveExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Good in spoken and written Estonian
