If you’re looking for something that’s more than just a job – we’d love to hear from you.Controlling team, as part of the CFO Office, is responsible for the financial planning, reporting and controlling of WithSecure group and business units. Our controllers collaborate daily with the business units and support functions to prepare their forecast, budget and long-term plan, as well as to ensure the accuracy of actual reporting. The work requires good understanding of the drivers of revenue and profitability of a growth business. The team is also responsible for the coordination of sustainability work in WithSecure.We are now looking for a Sustainability controller.Your main responsibility will be in driving the W/Sustainability program to achieve its targets, in particular compliance with the EU requirements in early 2025. Depending on the background and interest of the candidate, there is a possibility to include business controller tasks to the role.Key Responsibilities

Supporting VP, Controlling, investor relations and sustainability in coordinating and driving the group-wide sustainability activities.
Coordinating ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards) gap analysis and data collection to ensure CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) compliance in February 2025.
Assessing needs of tools required for the sustainability.
Developing the sustainability activities internally, to inform and engage the personnel.
Ensuring the right level of communication on sustainability at all levels – from the Board of Directors to the colleagues and investors.

What are we looking for?

Master’s degree in finance, environmental subjects, industrial economics or other relevant education.
1-3 years of experience in a sustainability-related field or similar.
Analytical mindset, combined with strong communication skills and loads of curiosity and willingness to learn.
Basic understanding (through education or work tasks) of financial reporting processes of a company.
Excellent skills in Excel and Power point, knowledge of other members of our tool family is an advantage (Salesforce, Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) + Finance, Adaptive Insights, Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent written and spoken English.
