We are an international company with worldwide offices and our HQ is Vantaa, Finland.SummaryWe are seeking a solution and result oriented Commissioning Engineer to strengthen our Marine Field Service and Commissioning team in Finland. As a Commissioning Engineer your responsibilities are commissioning of HI-FOG systems onboard of vessels, which usually takes a place at shipyards in Europe or other regions. The role requires travelling around 150 days per year mainly in Europe.This position reports directly to the Service & Aftermarket Manager - Finland, Marioff Marine, collaborating with the Marine project team and other field engineers from different teams Finland, Italy, Singapore, USA and China.Key responsibilities
As a Commissioning & Service Engineer:

HI-FOG® system commissioning & Electrical installation
Reporting & documentation of commissioning
Collaboration with other project team members

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have:

Automation Engineering education (Vocational school or bachelor’s degree)
Familiarity with HMI & PLC solutions
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably in Finnish as well
IT and Software knowledge
Good communication skills, and customer-oriented attitude
Results-driven attitude
Capability to work independently at customers’ facilities

Although not necessary, it would be an advantage:

Knowledge of Siemens Automation systems
Experience of electrical installations
Experience in Profinet, Profibus and Modbus
Marine industry knowledge
Experience with HI-FOG systems
Life Saving business experience
