- We're looking for someone who knows how to build great partnerships and drive real growth. Here's what your day-to-day might look like:
- Close deals with key restaurant partners-structuring, negotiating, and onboarding with care.
- Drive adoption of Wolt products and services.
- Grow relationships with existing partners by understanding their needs and helping them thrive.
- Boost performance with regular check-ins, data insights, and quality reviews.
- Own the partner journey after onboarding, acting as the main point of contact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally-especially with ops, marketing, and sales-to plan campaigns, solve challenges, and build business cases that create value for partners.
- Analyze the market and keep an eye on competitors to stay ahead.
- Use data smartly to focus your energy where it makes the most impact.
- Share partner feedback to help improve how we work and what we offer.
- Solid experience in account management or sales, ideally with key accounts or complex portfolios.
- Strong negotiation skills and vision on how to build long-term, results-driven relationships with key partners.
- A sharp commercial mindset paired with a genuine interest to see partners succeed.
- Excellent communication skills-you build trust quickly and adapt effortlessly to different audiences.
- An analytical approach-confidence working with performance data and tools like Looker or Power BI.
- Proactive and accountable-you take ownership and get things moving without waiting for instructions.
- Comfortable with CRMs and business tools-quick to pick up new platforms.
- Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
