  • Provide outstanding customer service in Finnish and English through various communication channels
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively
  • Document all interactions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform service improvements
  • Stay informed about product offerings and updates to assist customers better
  • Engage in training sessions to continuously enhance customer service skills
Requirements
  • Fluency in Finnish and English with strong communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude
  • Able to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
